Das Swatch New Gent Special MILKYMOO wurde an die Aktionäre auf der Jahreshauptversammlung 2018 ausgegeben und ist in keinem Store erhältlich. Auf dem dunkelblauen Silikonarmband ist ein Sternenhimmel zu sehen und auf dem Zifferblatt könt ein Kuhkopf. Passend dazu sind auf der Innenseite verschiedene astronomische Symbole gedruckt (Sonne, Mond, Erde, Satelitt, Teleskope, Meteorit, Sonnensystem). Ebenfalls in Blau ist das leicht transperente Kunststoffgehäuse gehalten. Im Inneren der wasserdichten Uhr ist ein ganggenaues Quarzuhrwerk mit Batterie verbaut. Der Pappschuber ist ebenfalls mit Sternbildern bedruckt.
