Wie der Name der Swatch Gent TOP SECRET schon verrät ist sie ein Geheimnis. Hinter dem blauen Strumpf, auf dem Top Secret in Gelb steht, verbirgt sich die schlichte transparente Uhr. Das Zifferblatt ist klar und gut ablesbar, schwarze Zeiger weisen auf die Zeit. Verbaut ist in der eleganten Uhr ein ganggenaues Quarzwerk und sie hat eine Loomi-Funktion. Eingebettet ist die Uhr in einer schwarz-gelben Pappschachtel.
